Most Improved Swimmer
– An award goes to a swimmer in each age group
identified by the
coaches as showing the most improvement during the swim season.
High Scorer Awards
Awards are given to
high scorers for the team. Top Team Scorer receives a special award.
Personal Achievement
Awards
Awards are
given to swimmers in recognition of the most achievement in individual time
improvement.
Top Team Personal
Achiever receives a special award.
Record
Breaker Awards
Awards are given to
swimmers holding new records for the team at the end of the swim season.
Special
Accomplishment Awards
Awards are given to
swimmers who have achieved special accomplishments in swimming during the
season.
Examples include but
are not limited to: Divisional/All-Star/Mid-Cap Records, USS
accomplishments, Invitational accomplishments,
League
accomplishments (top ten).

This award is presented
each season to the swimmer who best exhibits sportsmanship and
dedication to the Sea Serpents Swim Team. He/she may not be the best
swimmer on the team, but has shown an outstanding team spirit which
promotes the sport of swimming. The recipient of the award is chosen
by the coaches at the end of the season.
