FROM HARRISBURG/HERSHEY AREA AND WEST

Take 83 South to Old Exit 16, (Fishing Creek Exit)

Right at stop sign onto 262 West.

Continue on 262 West for .4 of a mile to Red Land High School entrance on left  

FROM YORK AREA AND SOUTH

Take 83 North to Old Exit 16, (Fishing Creek Exit)

Left at stop sign onto 262 West

Continue on 262 West for .6 of a mile to Red Land High School entrance on left

 

FROM CHAMBERSBURG AREA AND EAST

Take I-81 North

Take the PA-581 East exit and merge onto PA-581 East

Continue on PA-581 East to I-81 South (York)

Take 83 South to Old Exit 16 (Fishing Creek Exit)

Left at stop sign onto 262 West

Continue on 262 West for .4 of a mile to Red Land High School entrance on left

 

FROM KUTZTOWN AREA AND NORTH

Take I-81 South

Take the PA-581 West exit and merge onto PA-581 West

Continue on PA-581 West to I-81 South (York)

Take 83 South to Old Exit 16 (Fishing Creek Exit)

Left at stop sign onto 262 West

Continue on 262 West for .4 of a mile to Red Land High School entrance on left

 

Entrance to the pool is through the LAST set of doors on your right as you travel along the driveway in front of the school. 

 

You can drop off swimmers and spectators at the pool entrance location.

 

Parking is available in the lower parking lots.  

Entrance to the admissions area for larger meets, such as Divisionals or All Stars, is the multiple set of doors, centrally located at the front of the building

You can always use "MAPQUEST" to get specific driving directions.

All you do is plug in your home address and the address you are going to!

Directions to Big Spring

From Harrisburg:

South on I-81 to Plainfield exit (#44). 

Right onto Rt. 465  North to Route 11. 

Left onto Route 11 South (at the Sheetz). Go 5.5 miles.

Turn right onto Mount Rock Road between Agar's Welding Shop and the Mt. Rock United Methodist Church. 

Go 3.4 miles to the new high school on the left. 

As you enter the parking lot area from the first entrance, the pool is located at the far end of the building.

*Please note that the new pool is in the high school not the middle school

From Chambersburg: 

North on I-81 to Newville exit (#37). 

Go left on Rt 233. 

Go through the blinking light at Rt 11. 

Continue 4 miles to Newville.

Turn right at the traffic light onto Rt 641. 

Go 1/2 mile to Mount Rock Road which is marked with a Big Spring High School sign. 

Proceed past the old high school and the current middle school. 

The new high school will be on the right. 

Proceed past the first entrance to the second entrance on the right. 

As you enter the parking area, the pool is at the far end of the building.

Directions to Carlisle YMCA:

81 South to Exit 47 (1st one-North) Hanover St.

Continue right at bottom of ramp onto Hanover St.

Turn LEFT at 2nd traffic light onto Willow St. (Exxon on right)

Turn RIGHT (about 1 block) onto West St....YMCA is on the right.

Directions to Chambersburg YMCA

From the North or South, Exit 16 I-81 at Route 30, Lincoln Way/Chambersburg Exit (From East or West, travel via Route 30 and begin here with the following directions). Turn west and proceed to the 1st stop light, opposite Four Points Sheraton.  This is Stouffer Avenue.  

Turn left onto Stouffer Avenue and proceed to the traffic light.  This is McKinley Street.  

Turn Right onto McKinley St. and proceed through two (2) stop signs.  

The YMCA will be on the left, across from the Chambersburg Senior High School.  

Parking is available just beyond the YMCA in the High School parking lot.

Directions to Cumberland Valley Aquatic Club

CV Natatorium:  from the north--

Take I-81 south to the Mechanicsburg exit (Rt. 114)

Make a left at light - go to traffic light at Rt. 11 - (Giant Store/Sheetz's gas station on right, Silver Springs Commons on left)

Bear right at light (Rt. 11 south) and go 2 more traffic lights.

This will take you to the main entrance of CV complex on right side. 

To get to pool pass the main entrance and stadium and make right onto Dapp Road. 

Make right onto access road past Stadium and go straight ahead to pool parking. 

Enter pool  at the large "CV" Entrance.

From the South--

Take I-81 north to the New Kingstown exit onto Rt. 11 north.

Go approximately 3 miles to school on left - school is located along Rt. 11.

Directions to Dover

DOVER INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

 ALTERNATE ROUTE (more direct from Lewisberry area):

Hanover YMCA
500 George Street

Directions from the Harrisburg or York area

 Everyone knows where Wal-Mart is, but not everyone knows where the YMCA is.

Directions to the Hershey Recreation Center

From Harrisburg:

Traveling East on 322/422 they split just before the Hershey Park Exit. Take the 322 East/Ephrata Exit (W. Governor Rd) which bears to the right. This will take you past the Hershey Medical Center. Continue on W. Governor Rd. ~2.0 miles until you get to Cocoa Ave. (The 5th light on W. Governor Rd, old white hotel on right, Antique Barn on left) Turn left on Cocoa and travel ~0.3 mile. On your right is the Hershey Park & Recreation facility. Plenty of parking in the rear.

Directions to the Lion Aquatic Club

at Red Lion High School

- Please allow yourself 40 to 45 minutes (from West Shore Natatorium) to get there.
