Swimmers will be expected to follow the recently
instituted CPAL league policy on jewelry, which states that no
swimmer will be permitted to compete in any event while wearing jewelry.
The team roster MUST
be mailed or emailed to all other teams in either Division postmarked by
November 22nd.
Rosters MUST contain
full name and birth date, sex, and age group of each participant. Hard copies
must be organized by age groups/gender.
Roster additions MUST
contain full name and birth date, sex, and age group of each participant and
also be listed on the ADD ON section of the scoring sheet.
Roster additions and
registration fee MUST be mailed within one week of registration with the team to
the League Secretary by the swimmer before the next meet may be swum for points.
This fee may be included on the ADD ON section, Sheet 1 of 9 of the scoring
materials.
If there is an
infraction of roster and/or eligibility rules the offending team will be fined.
The meet will be re-scored.
The host team MUST
have a copy of the league rules at the scoring table.
Rosters for each team
MUST be at the scoring table.
In the case of a
postponed meet due to weather, a new date and time will be determined by mutual
agreement between the two league representatives. The League Secretary will be
notified within in four (4) days of the postponement. If mutual agreement on a
new date cannot be reached by the teams involved, the problem will be referred
to the Arbitration Committee for a solution. Failure of either team to comply
will result in a fine.
Results MUST be mailed
by the home team to the League Secretary and all other teams in the division,
postmarked by the Wednesday following the meet.
Results of crossover
meets MUST be mailed to the League Secretary, postmarked by the Wednesday
following the meet by the home team.
Each host team for
Championship meets MUST send a copy of the final results to the League Secretary
and all participating teams within ten (10) days of the meet.
