No Fried Foods, or Meats. |
| What To Do During The
Meet: |
Stay warm and loose!
Stretch before your event!
Support your team-mates during their events!
Stay on deck, unless coaches say otherwise! |

Have your child on
time for warm-ups. |

Dress comfortably and
for warm temperatures (inside the pool) and
possible drafts (in hallways, gymnasiums, and when you go outside!) |

Have
your child eat breakfast!

Have several
towels for each swimmer. |
 |
A t-shirt
and/or sweatsuit is nice for your
swimmer after warm-ups and races. |
 |
Please listen to the
starter. There must be silence for the start of the
event, so that the swimmers can hear the
officials commands; then cheer your heart out. |
 |
At home meets, all
parents should remain in the balcony or in the upstairs hall unless working the
meet. |
 |
Volunteer
to help run the meet if you can - we'll help to find you something that
you're comfortable with and will enjoy! |
